Weddings at the Vineyard
Here at Bluegrass Vineyard, we love, love. Having hosted a few formal events, weddings and receptions a fire deep within the hearts of the Bluegrass Vineyard team has been ignited. We pride ourselves on offering a beautiful venue at a price more affordable during these hard times. We are prepared with an experienced team, vast knowledge of the area and have many bridal industry contacts at our disposal. Bluegrass Vineyard will do absolutely everything in our power to bring your vision for your big day to life and to help you make it everything you’ve dreamed it would be and more.
Indoor Events
Monday – Thursday: Events of less than 8 people can be held in the winery. There is no need to make reservations for events less than 8 people and there is no fee for small parties.
Any Day: Events up to 25 people can be held in the wine production facility, located behind to the winery. Please call and make reservations beforehand. Please email at bluegrassvineyard.events@gmail.com for more information.
outdoor Events
We offer 30 acres of outdoor space for events of any size. We have several locations that are well suited for hosting your event, such as in front of the grape vines, behind the winery overlooking the rolling hills, etc. Outdoor events will need to be pre-approved, so please contact us to begin the planning process. Fees for outdoor events depend on the number of people and day of week, so please contact us to inquire.
We currently have three small pop-up tents available to rent for outdoor events, as well as folding chairs and tables. We have two 10×10 white popup tents available for $10 rental fee. Table rental fees are $5 and chair rental fees are $1. Rental fees include setup and take down.
