This is a micro batch, highly specialized wine! We took Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon and aged it in Eagle Rare bourbon barrels from Buffalo Trace Distillery. (12.5 Abv) We are very proud of this Kentucky-loving, full bodied, dry red wine!
Tasting Notes: A full bodied, rich and bold dry red wine with a bourbon-barrel aroma. Serve at room temperature.
Winemaker Notes: Fermented with heavy toasted French oak chips and aged in Eagle Rare bourbon barrels for six months! Named after Liberty, Kentucky.
