We made a small batch of Blueberry wine last year to see how it turned out... and it was AMAZING! We now keep this year round. This is smooth, highly pigmented, and less sweet than other fruit wines. The blueberries are from eastern Warren County. (10.0 Abv)
Tasting Notes: Dark purple color with very little residual sugar. Serve slightly chilled.
Winemaker Notes: Made in small batches due to the limited supply of blueberries in 2020.
