Description
Commonwealth Cabernet is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec. This is a big bold red wine that we ferment with French oak staves and age in American oak barrels from Louisville. The mixture of different oaks adds to the complexity of the flavor. Commonwealth Cabernet is another wine with excellent aging potential! (12.5 Abv)
Tasting Notes: A rich and bold dry red wine. Serve at room temperature.
Winemaker Notes: Fermented with heavy toasted French oak chips and aged in medium-plus toasted American oak barrels from Louisville, Kentucky.
