Description
This is a lovely blend of tart and sweet cherries. We use the Montmorency Cherry as the tart base, and we back sweetened it for a smooth finish. (10.0 Abv)
Tasting Notes: A blend of tart and sweet, but not too much of either one. Serve chilled.
Winemaker Notes: Made with tart cherries and sweetened before bottling with sweet cherry juice to balance the tartness.
