Description
Rhubarb wine is a tart rosé made from Crimson Red rhubarb stalks grown at my parent's house. This gives it a slightly pink color with hints of strawberry.
Tasting Notes: A tart rosé wine with hints of sweetness. Serve slightly chilled.
Winemaker Notes: We chop Crimson Rhubarb into 1-inch cubes for color and flavor extraction.
